Membership Refunds*

Thank you so much for trusting Nicole Zaagman Enterprises, LLC and Farmilies Connect with your business. We are a woman owned company based out of Byron Center, Michigan. We currently only offer farm memberships to Michigan farms and agricultural organizations. Family memberships are welcome from across the United States. Annual membership fees and platform sponsorships are non-refundable once purchased. We appreciate your understanding.

Shop Shipping*

We ship shop orders within within the United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Every item on the website has been selected from our print production partner and is created specifically for each order placed to save on overhead and inventory costs and made to-order with each purchase.

To learn more about particular products, read the description listed with each item. Please note: if it appears something is missing from your order, products and items will often ship in multiple packages and arrive separately.

Our fulfilment company will do its best to get everything you have purchased as safely and quickly as possible. Online customers must be 18+ to place an order with appropriate online method of payment. Holiday Orders

Please note, shipping may be delayed during high volume shopping periods, such as November - December and things beyond our control due to supply chain issues. We will do everything we can to get your items to you, but please note that many of our vendors have varying cut off dates for holiday shipping that range from November 30 - December 10th. We cannot guarantee items ordered for the holidays after those dates will arrive by Christmas and ask for your patience and grace.

Shipping Policy

All items that can be purchased directly through Farmilies Connect website platform are shipped as soon as items are created and completed. Once orders are placed, please allow 2 - 5 business days for your order to be processed prior to shipping. Shipping times will vary; however, items should arrive within 7-14 business days of purchase (in addition to order processing time). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally.

Returns Policy

All orders placed through Farmilies Connect website platform are considered final sales. We do not offer exchanges or store credit for items purchased. Our exception to this is our Size Exchange Policy and Damaged Item Policy listed below. We encourage you to re-gift or donate the item(s) to someone who would enjoy it.

Size Exchange Policy

All orders placed through Farmilies Connect website platform are considered final sales. We do not offer exchanges or store credit for sizing issues or disappointment if items display color variations in comparison to product images or descriptions. If an item doesn’t fit, we encourage you to re-gift or donate the item(s).

However, if you’d like to order a different size of the same item, please email farmiliesconnect@gmail.com with your order# for a special 10% off reorder coupon. Customers are limited to one item per order, one coupon per order and must use the coupon to purchase the same item. To be eligible for the coupon, customers must notify Farmilies Connect within 7 business days of receiving purchased item to receive the coupon.

Damaged Item Policy

If you received an item that is broken, damaged, stained, showing wear, zippers broken, missing buttons, etc please send an email farmiliesconnect@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving purchased item including your order# and photos documenting the item(s).

Once we receive your email, our team will review your information and if approved by our suppliers, will work to get you a replacement item at no cost. In certain situations, to order a replacement item, we may request you ship the damaged item back. In that is case, we will work closely with you to provide details of where to send the item and obtain a return shipping label for you if approved by our suppliers.
